I had a great experience purchasing a five-year coin for my brother. The coin that I received was missing a word on my custom engraving request. I sent an email explaining that the Coin was misprinted and I hoped I would be able to get a corrected coin in time for my brother's celebration. I got an email in return within an hour stating that the problem would be fixed and I would have the coin in time for my brother’s celebration.
Jon kept me informed over the next few days and I received a perfect coin with plenty of time to spare.
