Refund policy

We keep things simple:

  • If we made a mistake → we fix it free

  • If you ordered the wrong item → we’ll help you exchange it

  • We may offer a keep-it + discounted replacement option to save you time and shipping

  • Personalized coins or custom-made items are non-returnable and non-exchangeable (except if we made an error in crafting them).



Shipping Policy

We aim to ship all orders as quickly as possible.

  • Orders placed before 11:00 AM PST typically ship the same business day

  • Orders placed after that time usually ship the next business day

Returns & Exchanges Overview

We accept returns and exchanges within 30 days of delivery.

To be eligible:

  • Items must be unused

  • Items must be in the same condition as received

  • Original packaging is preferred when possible

Important: Please contact us before sending anything back so we can guide you to the best option.

 


 

Exchanges (Ordered the Wrong Item)

If you ordered the wrong coin or chip, we’ll help you get the correct one.

Option 1: Standard Exchange

  • You send the item back to us (you cover return shipping)

  • Once received, we send the replacement item to you at no additional shipping cost

  • If you’re up against a deadline, Option 2 might be best

Option 2: Hassle-Free Alternative (When Available)

Because shipping can sometimes cost more than the item itself, we may offer a simpler option:

  • You keep the item you received

  • We send the correct item for a discounted flat fee

We will explain both options so you can choose what works best.

 


 

If We Made a Mistake (Wrong or Defective Item)

If we sent the wrong item or something arrived defective:

  • We will send the correct replacement at no cost to you

  • In most cases, we will not require the incorrect item to be returned

You should not have to pay or go out of your way for an error on our end.

 


 

Order Disputes / Item Not as Expected

If you believe you received the wrong item, contact us and we’ll review the order with you.

  • If we made an error → we fix it at no cost

  • If the item matches your order but isn’t what you intended → we treat it as an exchange

Our goal is to resolve the situation quickly and fairly.

 


 

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item:

  • Refunds are issued to your original payment method

  • Processing times depend on your card provider

Please note:

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable

  • If your order originally qualified for free shipping, we may deduct our original shipping cost from the refund

 


 

Return Shipping Responsibility

  • If the return/exchange is due to customer error (wrong item ordered) → customer pays return shipping

  • If the return is due to our error → we cover all costs

 


 

Returned / Undeliverable Packages

If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address or failed delivery:

  • We will refund your order minus our shipping cost, or

  • Reship the order at your expense

 


 

Custom & Personalized Products (No Returns)

Custom, engraved, or personalized items are not eligible for return or exchange, unless we made an error.

This includes:

  • Custom text or names

  • Made-to-order designs

  • Special request items
