Jonathan C. - Founder & Owner

Hi! I'm Jon. Originally from Boston, I moved to Las Vegas in 2006. I got sober in 2013 and am a regular meeting attendee whether in Las Vegas, travelling, or back home. I started My Recovery Store in 2016.

Jerdean U. - Custom Work, Listings & Inventory Specialist

Hi! I'm Jerdean. I’m based in the Philippines and have been part of My Recovery Store since the beginning — in 2016, when it first launched.I handle custom mockups, product listings, design work, inventory updates, order printing, and more. I also edit videos for our product listings and occasionally assist with communication—like reaching out to suppliers, developers, customers, or other contractors when needed. Working quietly behind the scenes—while others are asleep—I help keep everything running smoothly every day.

Carol G. - Customer Support Specialist

Hi! My name is Carol. I’m originally from Cleveland, Ohio. I hit bottom in Las Vegas Nevada in 2016 and have been fortunate enough to recreate my life ever since. I’ve been part of My Recovery Store since 2019, starting in the shop shipping orders. The last several months I’ve transitioned to customer service via email and phone calls. In either position I enjoy helping others celebrate their milestones!
