1. Can I send you my picture or engraving first in order to be sure it's ok?  Yes, go ahead and email us with any questions atcustomwork@myrecoverystore.com
2. How is this coin made? This starts as a brass coin. Your image or design is then UV printed onto the coin. After that, a gloss finish is added for protection.
3. What's the best way to care for this coin? It is best to leave these in the coin capsule that comes with it.
4. How long before I get my order? Typically, your order should be out the door within 3 days of the final files being received.
5. What kind of files or pictures do you need in order to make the coin/chips? Any larger type of picture file should work. This includes AI/PDF/JPG. Any picture taken with your phone will also work.
6. Can you add text and graphics to my picture? Your unfinished design can be modified by our in-house designer for $20. This will include (2) edits.
7. What does it come in? Included with the medallion will be the coin capsule, acrylic display stand, and elegant gift box. No more boring gifts! Get a custom coin or medallion that will last forever.
